Congratulations to all our students at Lochend who passed
their gradings last weekend!
All students please note that the hall at Lochend will not be available on Monday 6th of February due to school examinations.
All students are welcome and strongly encouraged to attend Mr Belgacem’s class in Hamilton instead.
Mr Chas Boyle from AIMAA Greenock are organising a tournament with the following categories:
Sunday 25th March 2012
We all do press ups in class and at our gradings, but are we doing them correctly?
Probably not – I know I’m not! Press ups are a great way to increase your core strength as well as your upper body strength so why not take the 100 press up challenge?
The challenge is a great way to motivate yourself and others. There is a training log and exercise programme available at the link below and you can even follow others to track their progress to make sure no one is cheating

To all club members, here’s a challenge for January. Click on the picture below to take the challenge of “No Gym January”.
He’s the chance to get fitter, improve your tae kwon do skills and get fitter without making the usual empty promises of joining the gym. Keep checking here and twitter for more updates and suggestions of exercises.
Indomindable spirit doesn’t mean not giving up, it means not wanting to give up!
Take the challenge and let’s do it as a club!
Mr Belgacem’s school start back training this Wednesday 4th January in Larkhall and Thursday 5th January in Hamilton.
Gradings are very soon, keep pushing!
This page will be updated regularly to give you information about what is going on at the Tae Kwon Do school.
